Refund policy

If there is any problem with your order, if it's faulty or damaged in anyway, you can contact me directly at tori@thisthursday.co.uk, to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please attach photos to our email.

I will refund any damaged items within 14 days of you receiving your order. If you contact me after 14 days, unfortunately I am unable to take responsibility for the damage.

Everything is packaged with care to ensure it arrives in the best condition possible, however accidents can happen whilst the order is in transit and I will do what I can to try to resolve it in this case.
